Manufacturer Warranties You Can Rely On

At 1000Containers, we are a nationwide wholesale distributor of Tier-1 solar panels and inverters. While we do not manufacture the products ourselves, we only source from trusted, bankable manufacturers—each of whom stands behind their equipment with comprehensive warranties.

What’s Covered

All solar panels, inverters, and equipment we supply come with the original manufacturer’s warranty, which typically includes:

  • 25–30 years performance warranty on solar modules

  • 10–25 years product warranty on solar modules

  • 5–12 years warranty on inverters (varies by brand and model)

  • Workmanship and defect coverage as defined by the manufacturer

We’ll provide you with warranty documentation and data sheets upon purchase or by request.

Who Handles the Warranty?

As a distributor, we do not issue or control warranties. However, we assist our customers in navigating warranty claims by:

  • Providing proof of purchase, serial numbers, and shipment info

  • Helping you initiate a claim with the manufacturer

  • Supporting communication between you and the OEM if needed

How to File a Warranty Claim

To begin the warranty process, please prepare the following:

  • Original invoice or purchase order

  • Product serial numbers

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or test results (if available)

Then email our support team at [Insert Email Address]. We’ll guide you on next steps and facilitate the claim with the manufacturer when possible.

Important Notes

  • Warranties are only valid if the product was installed and used properly

  • Damage due to mishandling, shipping accidents, or improper installation is not covered

  • Liquidated, used, or clearance inventory may have limited or no warranty coverage—always check before purchase

  • Some warranty claims may require the original purchaser or installer to file directly

We’re Here to Help

With over 7 years in the solar supply chain, we’ve helped hundreds of EPCs, installers, and project managers navigate warranty processes quickly and efficiently.
